l  Those official photos are only for references. During the production, would encounter some problem and make a minor adjustment on the product design . Thus, there would have a slightly difference between actual product and official photos at preorder period. Refund or change item are not allowed.

l  For Preorder item, the amount listed on the online store is only a deposit amount. Customer have to settle the outstanding balance when the item is arrived.

If customer select –

• “Pick up at store” : Preorder merchandise must be collected within 14 days from the date of our notification, otherwise your order would be cancelled without any notification. Your deposit are NON-Refundable and NON-Exchangeable. 
• “ Local delivery”: Please ensure that your mailing address, contact no is correct in order to avoid any missing parcel or return parcel. Normally, customer would receive the parcel within 3 ~ 7 days (via HK Post). 
• “Overseas delivery”: Please ensure that your mailing address including Postal code and contact no is correct. Normally, it would take 14-21 days but subject to latest status of international flight schedule.  

·         For pre-order item, you would be charged for cancellation.

·         Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) are provided by the supplier. Occasionally, there would be a slightly delay due to production or flight schedule or customs. Therefore, we could not guarantee the exact shipping date. We would ship the item only when it is available.

·         Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 

·         Customer’s personal information would be kept strictly confidential by SEVEN and for internal use ONLY.
