l Those official photos are only for references. During the production, would encounter some problem and make a minor adjustment on the product design . Thus, there would have a slightly difference between actual product and official photos at preorder period. Refund or change item are not allowed.

“Pick up at store” : Preorder merchandise must be collected within 14 days from the date of our notification, otherwise your order would be cancelled without any notification. Your deposit are NON-Refundable and NON-Exchangeable.
“ Local delivery”: Please ensure that your mailing address, contact no is correct in order to avoid any missing parcel or return parcel. Normally, customer would receive the parcel within 3 ~ 7 days (via HK Post).
“Overseas delivery”: Please ensure that your mailing address including Postal code and contact no is correct. Normally, it would take 14-21 days but subject to latest status of international flight schedule.

· For pre-order item, you would be charged for cancellation.
